This pincushion kit was an impulse buy from the quilt store that I went to while in Portland. I got most of it hand stitched on the flights home and then finished it up shortly thereafter. But I never got around to showing it. I had big creative ideas of putting it out in the grass or flowers to photograph it. But since it is raining today and I have not had time to complete any projects with Little Bird around, I decided to work with what I had. It is one of many felt, hand stitched projects that were inspired and started on that trip.
