Under the Sea

For Millie and Anna this year for Christmas I made them matching little mermaid softies to go with a couple of little board books. None of my pictures of them with the mermaids turned out very well (lots of blurring because they were constantly moving). Sewing the final parts by hand were a good project for the long car ride we made out to Colorado.

That's Not My Monster...

I was busy this year making a lot of the holiday gifts. I found one of those texture board books for T-nugget and made a matching monster softie to go with it. I tried to make it kind of look like the monster at the end of the book, especially the fluffy ears. I just made the pattern up as I went along and it worked pretty well.
